Jobgether is seeking a Senior UX Designer, based in the United States, to shape intuitive experiences for a globally used knowledge platform. You will work within a multidisciplinary Product Design team to improve trust, safety, and reader engagement, driving discovery and learning across content.

You will partner with product managers, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to turn complex challenges into simple journeys, using research, prototyping, and iterative design in a remote-first

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX design teams.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design processes, and development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate design objectives and workflows to cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting user research and collaborating with UX researchers.
• Proficiency in prototyping, iteration, and translating insights into product improvements.
• Experience with design systems, guidelines, and accessibility standards.
• Strategic thinking about future opportunities with practical delivery focus.
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and knowledge sharing.
