Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Lead Product Designer in the United States to steer design across connected platforms that train, engage, and support frontline employees. You will balance customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints while guiding design direction from concepts through implementation.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and research partners; mentor designers; advance shared design systems; and help unify experiences across products.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing digital products or software with web/mobile journeys.
• Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent experience required.
• Shown experience guiding design direction and shared design patterns.
• Proficient with Figma and reusable components in a design system.
• Collaborates with Product and Engineering to deliver concepts through implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for assigned product areas aligning customer needs with business and tech.
• Design polished interfaces with strong visual hierarchy and accessibility.
• Create sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to validate concepts.
• Apply UX principles to journeys, navigation, and task flows.
• Develop and maintain reusable components and patterns across products.
• Collaborate with Product and research to refine designs during development.
• Partner with Engineering to review work for usability and visual quality.
• Lead design reviews and mentor fellow designers.
• Coordinate with other design teams and external contractors to ensure consistency.
