Senior UX Designer (remote)

These are your tasks:

• As a UX / UI Designer (gn), you will focus on our end customers and support the continuous development of all customer-relevant digital systems.
• You will conduct user research to clearly identify the needs and problems of our users and make them tangible for everyone involved.
• Based on the insights gained, you will design possible solutions in the form of layouts, user flows and interactive prototypes.
• You will carry out iterative user tests and support the subsequent implementation with our business departments and development teams.
• Together with the UX team, you will define standards for digital products and continuously develop our design system.
• You share your expertise within the design team through collaboration, mentoring and documentation.

What you bring to the table:

• UX rock star or UX scientist? We wouldn't be mad if you are a UX rock star scientist ;)
• Much more important to us than your degree or training programme is your passion for holistic design and empathy for the challenges of our customers and employees.
• You have relevant experience with current design and research methods and the usual tools like e.g. Figma.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are particularly important when working with stakeholders from all areas and levels.
