Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• 5+ years of UX design experience with shipped digital products.
• Proficient with design tools and user research methods, plus strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Shape user experience across client engagements with cross-functional teams.
• Create wireframes, flows, and prototypes; build and maintain design systems.
• Design intuitive interfaces and integrate AI tools into the design process.
• Lead by example and mentor junior designers; stay current with trends.
