Job summary

StradIT in Dallas, TX is seeking a UI/UX Design Engineer to own end-to-end design for enterprise web and mobile experiences. The role focuses on research, journeys, IA, and reusable components to meet business objectives.

The position requires a strong portfolio, experience with design tools, and collaboration across Product, BA, and Engineering in an Agile environment. Onsite work is expected in Dallas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of UI/UX design experience for enterprise web or mobile apps.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end UX and UI work.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar tools.
• Experience delivering wireframes, prototypes, journeys, and design systems.
• Working knowledge of accessibility, responsive design, and usability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for enterprise web and mobile experiences.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and document insights.
• Create personas, journey maps, IA, and task flows.
• Define UX that aligns with business objectives and product strategy.
• Produce wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Build design standards, style guides, and reusable components.
• Collaborate with Product, BA, and Engineering across the lifecycle.
• Ensure accessibility and WCAG compliance across platforms.
