Job summary

Iberdrola SA is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join the Processes and Systems team. You will drive user-centered design across Avangrid Management Company, collaborating with principal designers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to improve networks operations products with intuitive end-to-end experiences for millions of households.

You will map customer interactions, create journey maps, and lead design workshops, while ensuring accessibility and alignment with the design system.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of UX/CX, product design or interaction design experience.
• Proficiency in user-centered design and accessibility best practices.
• Experience delivering end-to-end UX for multi-platform products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Principal and Junior Designers to lead team activities.
• Design across agile product teams: flows, wireframes, prototypes and UX copy.
• Partner with stakeholders to define experience strategies and business goals.
• Translate requirements into detailed user stories and designs.
• Ensure alignment with design system and guidelines.
• Facilitate user research, usability testing and analytics interpretation.
