This person is excited to map customer interactions and ultimately deliver a seamless experience to our customer base of 3M+ households.MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (scope of work, list of tasks/responsibilities, describe primary relationships/works with):Collaborate with Principal UX Designers and Junior Designers to lead activities within the team.Execute product design activities within agile product development teams, including requirements visualization, participatory design, concept models, scenarios, user journeys/flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, UX copywriting, and visual designs.Partner with digital business stakeholders to define experience strategies that achieve business goals.Work across functional teams to understand business and feature requirements, breaking down features into user stories, and providing detailed design prior to story acceptance.Provide feedback and direction to ensure intuitive and innovative solutions, driving consistency by following established design principles and guidelines.Collaborate with UX researchers and product leaders to test and optimize the end-to-end digital experience.Assess and optimize the performance of new and existing products/services through usability testing and analytics data interpretation.Present work to product stakeholders and leadership teams.Lead partner vendors and design agencies when internal resources aren't available.Ensure design work aligns with the design system.Advocate for the customer's needs throughout the process.Create user journey maps, workflows, personas, day-in-the-life scenarios, and use case summaries to enhance organizational understanding of our users.Facilitate design-centered workshops and visioning exercises with cross-functional stakeholders based on research-identified opportunities.JOB REQUIREMENTSSkills/Abilities:6-8 years of experience in UX/CX, product design or interaction design.Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience.Proficiency in current design and prototyping tools.
