Job summary

Softline Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior UX Designer to own Brio's ecommerce experience, shaping customer journeys from landing pages to product pages and building a scalable design system behind the scenes.

You’ll collaborate with the Design Lead, rely on research and data (GA4, Hotjar, Shopify Analytics), and move fast while maintaining craft in a high-ownership, in-house style.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX or product design with a portfolio of complex journeys.
• Ability to think at journey level and craft at micro level; strong design systems thinking.
• Understanding of paid, organic, email, and in-store channels for experience design.
• Analytical fluency with data tools (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Hotjar) to inform design.
• Problem-framing mindset; push back on briefs and bring structured thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma including components, auto-layout, variants, and handoff workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX for Brio's ecommerce surfaces—landing pages, PDPs, and conversion experiences.
• Design with full ecosystem in mind: paid, organic, email, and in-store channels.
• Develop and evolve a scalable Figma component library for rapid iteration.
• Lead user research sessions and synthesize findings into design changes.
• Map customer journeys across funnel and identify friction points.
• Collaborate with ecommerce PMs and engineers on A/B tests; define hypotheses and variants.
• Maintain Brio's design system and ensure fidelity post-handoff.
