Job summary

Softline Solutions, a Southern California digital marketing agency, seeks a Senior Web Designer with strong ecommerce instinct to own the storefront experience for Brio’s direct-to-consumer pages. You will craft PDPs, landing pages, and campaign assets, driving CRO-minded design decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Ecommerce, Marketing, and Product, ensuring mobile-first, responsive designs that convert while aligning with brand goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of web/digital design with ecommerce focus.
• Portfolio showing consumer product, landing page, and CRO-oriented work.
• Proficiency in Figma, including components and prototyping.
• Working knowledge of Shopify: themes, customization, and constraints.
• Strong mobile-first and responsive design understanding.
• Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize PDPs for clarity, trust, and conversion.
• Build and iterate landing pages for paid media, email campaigns, and promotions with CRO as a core design lens.
• Work in Shopify Plus to design and deploy pages for promotions, product launches, partnerships and interactive storytelling to support Brio's brand and ecommerce goals.
• Collaborate with digital marketing and ecommerce teams to improve conversion and achieve business goals.
• Work closely with UX designers and ecommerce product managers to set up and analyze A/B tests; translate results into design decisions.
