Job summary

Ōura is seeking an experienced Product Designer to craft best‑in‑class ecommerce B2B experiences for enterprise clients. You will collaborate with product, engineering and partners to design scalable, brand‑driven solutions and self‑service flows for orders, billing, and memberships.

You will own the UX for our B2B microsite and workflows, with a focus on international expansion and a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX excellence across SaaS, ecommerce, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UI/UX design experience for ecommerce or SaaS.
• Proficient with Figma; knowledge of AI design tools.
• Experience delivering enterprise/B2B solutions including invoicing and payments.
• Strong portfolio of thoughtful UI/UX work.
• Solid understanding of design systems and responsive web patterns.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across distributed teams.
• Experienced in user research and driving UX strategy.
• Ability to manage multiple features and meet deadlines.
• Prototyping and user flows experience.

Responsibilities

• Design UX for B2B web products and systems enabling bulk Oura Ring orders and services.
• Create scalable, customizable landing templates for rapid client-specific branding.
• Enable self-service order, billing, payments, and membership management.
• Design flexible checkout flows supporting split-tender and subsidies.
• Lead a centralized promotions and partnerships platform.
• Own UX for the B2B microsite “For Organizations.”
• Scale UI solutions for international expansion.
• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes and responsive web interfaces.
• Recommend UX/UI improvements via data, research and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to implement scalable features.
• Share feedback with creative/product teams to maintain brand consistency.
