Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead AI-powered learning experiences across K–12 virtual platforms. You will frame problems, conduct user research, prototype, and validate high-fidelity designs for hundreds of thousands of learners.

Work with Product, Engineering, Data Analytics to translate insights into intuitive, accessible experiences and contribute to the design system while upholding WCAG 2.2 standards. This is a primarily remote role with some travel.

Qualifications

7+ years of UX design experience with shipped products and measurable impact.
Experience conducting usability tests and mixed-method research; translate findings into design decisions.
Experience designing AI-powered features and intuitive AI interfaces.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product design from research through high-fidelity interfaces.
Design AI-powered experiences with trustworthy, intuitive interfaces for K–12 users.
Collaborate with PM, Eng, Data Analytics to guide roadmap and system design.
Ensure accessibility per WCAG 2.2 from the start.
