Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and deliver security product experiences across detection, alerting, investigation, triage, and AI-assisted workflows.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other designers to create cohesive experiences across the Cribl platform. A genuine security background and expert Figma skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing complex B2B software for technical users.
• Security background in product design, SOC workflows, or related disciplines.
• Strong product thinking with ability to simplify complex workflows.
• Expert in Figma with advanced prototyping and documentation.
• Experience contributing to design systems and AI UX concepts.
• Ability to collaborate with Product and Engineering in iterative environments.
• Portfolio with case studies showing process and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing and research through prototyping and handoff.
• Design workflows for detection creation/management, alert review, investigation, triage, search pivots, and coverage.
• Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, severity, permissions, auditability.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences with clear intent and context.
• Contribute to Cribl's design system and reusable components.
