Job summary

Cribl is seeking a Senior Product Designer to define and deliver security product experiences across detection, alerting, investigation, and AI-assisted workflows. You will translate complex SOC workflows into clear, trustworthy experiences and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX Research, and other designers to create a cohesive experience across the Cribl platform.

The role leads end-to-end design from framing and research through prototyping, validation, and implementation, shaping

Qualifications

• Strong product thinking and interaction-design skills for complex B2B software.
• Advanced prototyping and design documentation in Figma.
• Understanding of AI tools and AI UX interaction models required.
• Portfolio with case studies showing design process, collaboration and outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering in iterative environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design from problem framing and research through interaction design, prototyping, validation, and implementation.
• Design workflows for detection creation and management, alert review, investigation, triage, and enrichment.
• Apply security judgment to evidence, provenance, confidence, severity, permissions, and audits.
• Design AI-assisted and agentic experiences with clear intent, context, and user approval.
• Contribute to Cribl’s design system and reusable components across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers through ideation to high-fidelity implementation.
