RADICL is hiring a Product (UX/UI) Designer to redefine how US SMBs experience cybersecurity within the DIB. You will craft interfaces that turn complex, alert-heavy data into intuitive workflows and actionable insights.

As an early member, you’ll work closely with a founding team, shaping the platform and offering using AI-driven design. The role blends hands-on design with strategic input in a hybrid office model in Boulder, CO, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of product design experience with end-to-end process.
• Strong proficiency in Figma for wireframes, prototyping and UI design.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS, cybersecurity or compliance products.
• Hands-on AI-assisted UX design and design-system contributions.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Product Designer, engineering, and product management to ship features.
• Prototype fast using AI-assisted tools to turn sketches into interactive prototypes.
• Execute and scale by contributing to the growing design system while fixing live-product UX.
