Qualifications

• 6+ years in product design or mobile product design
• Polished portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design
• Bachelor's degree in design, art, HCI, or equivalent
• Drive to solve complex problems with simple, elegant solutions
• Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, and designers
• Experience creating animated visuals and interactive design
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite tools

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers in an agile environment
• Build a collaborative, high-performing team culture
• Lead brainstorming sessions with cross-functional partners
• Develop product strategies aligned with customer needs and company vision
• Create clear UX/UI from wireframes to pixel-perfect designs
• Mentor junior designers and elevate work quality
• Co-lead projects with product and engineering leads
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships
• Define and manage project scope and schedule
• Conduct user research for key initiatives
