You will own end-to-end design, create high-fidelity prototypes, contribute to the design system, conduct user research, and mentor junior designers. A background in AI-powered experiences is a strong plus and you thrive in collaborative, user-centered environments.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of product design experience with a portfolio showing craft and impact.
• Experience designing AI-powered experiences is a strong plus.
• Ability to lead through collaboration and advocate for users.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences across web and mobile from concept to implementation.
• Create high-fidelity designs, flows, prototypes, and specs for handoff.
• Contribute to design system with scalable patterns and accessibility.
• Lead user research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
