NTT DATA North America is seeking an Agent Studio UX Designer to craft scalable experiences for Tachyon Agent Marketplace and related tools in a hybrid Charlotte setting. You will shape onboarding, component browsing, and lifecycle workflows for technical and business users.

Qualifications

6+ years of UX design experience for enterprise applications, developer tools, data platforms, workflow products, or SaaS platforms.
6+ years designing complex workflows for technical and non-technical users.
6+ years strong portfolio demonstrating research, prototyping, product thinking, and enterprise UX problem solving.
6+ years working with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders in Agile teams.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
6+ years knowledge in Enterprise UX, interaction design, information architecture, design systems, prototyping, and user research.
6+ years knowledge in Accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
6+ years knowledge in GenAI, agents, marketplaces, reusable components, SDKs, and governance workflows.
6+ years knowledge in simplifying complex AI platform experiences into intuitive user journeys.

Responsibilities

Design UX for Tachyon Marketplace, agent discovery, reusable component browsing, onboarding, and lifecycle workflows.
Create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, information architecture, and interaction designs for business users, developers, product teams, and platform operators.
Partner with Product Owners and engineering teams to simplify complex GenAI, Agentic AI, governance, and observability workflows.
Conduct user research, feedback sessions, usability reviews, and design iterations.
Define consistent design patterns for marketplace listings, component details, onboarding steps, operational views, and status indicators.
Ensure designs follow enterprise accessibility, usability, and design system standards.
Translate platform concepts into simple, clear experiences that support adoption and reduce support dependency.
