JASINT Consulting and Technologies, LLC is seeking a Lead UX Designer for the eMMA modernization project with the Maryland Department of General Services. The candidate will shape user experiences across enterprise applications, drive UX standards, and ensure ADA/WCAG compliance in collaboration with stakeholders and vendors.

You will lead user research, journeys, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs, translating complex processes into simple, accessible interfaces while aligning with project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design or related field.
• 8+ years of UX/UI design experience in enterprise or government contexts.
• Proven ability to lead UX for large-scale applications and programs.
• Strong user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Experience in Agile environments and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and design activities for the program and related applications.
• Develop user journeys, personas, flows, information architecture, and prototypes.
• Translate business needs into accessible, user-centered experiences.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders and technical teams to validate designs.
• Establish UX standards and patterns across DGS applications.
• Ensure ADA/WCAG accessibility compliance and alignment with Maryland standards.
• Collaborate across product owners, analysts, developers, and project managers.
