Job summary

International Software Systems, Inc. in Maryland seeks a skilled UX/UI Designer to turn user needs into intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will conduct user research, translate findings into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate in an Agile team to deliver accessible designs for government-grade software.

You will design with Axure RP and Adobe XD, ensure responsive experiences, and apply Section 508 accessibility standards throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• Strong user-centered design principles and translating user needs into design solutions.
• Experience planning and conducting user research, usability testing, and formative evaluations.
• Proficiency with Axure RP for wireframing and prototyping.
• Experience using Adobe XD for prototypes and UI design.
• Familiarity with Pega and/or ServiceNow platforms for enterprise UI design.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Experience supporting government agencies and understanding government requirements.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility standards.
