Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a hands-on UX design leader to guide strategy and delivery of digital experiences used by independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) firms. You will lead a team of UX professionals and shape enterprise workflows across Schwab Advisor Center, enabling advisors to serve clients confidently.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading UX teams and mentoring designers (coaching, feedback, ownership).
Experience setting UX strategy across multiple product streams with measurable outcomes.
Background designing enterprise/digital experiences in data-intensive environments.
Ability to simplify complex journeys while accounting for business rules and context.
Strong cross-functional partnership with Product, Technology, Research, Service Design, and Business teams.

Responsibilities

Provide creative and strategic direction across a portfolio to align with vision and goals.
Advocate for user needs throughout the product design cycle.
Co-create solutions with cross-functional teams across digital, physical, and service channels.
