Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Software Engineer to collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders within an Agile framework. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability.

You will lead architecture discussions, ensure code quality through testing and CI/CD, and mentor junior developers while coordinating with governance and support teams on incidents and improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 72 months of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.
• Build scalable, high-performance enterprise apps with C#, .NET Core/Framework.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders in Agile to define specs.
• Lead design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications.
• Ensure code quality with unit/integration testing and CI/CD.
• Mentor junior developers and support incident management and continuous improvement.
