Job summary

You will lead end-to-end experiences, frame opportunities, and apply human-centered methods to shape product direction while driving outcomes in a fast-paced health care environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product/UX/service design within a complex corporate setting.
• Fluency with Figma and AI tooling (Claude, Copilot) in daily work.
• Ability to operate independently with accountability in a results-driven environment.
• Ability to frame problems and connect strategic thinking to hands-on execution and measure impact.
• Ability to break down complex design problems and connect work to user journeys and systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; storytelling to influence decisions and product direction.

Responsibilities

• Represent design across a broad, complex, and technical domain within a cross-functional leadership team.
• Design high-quality end-to-end experiences across products and services using prototypes, workflow diagrams, IA, and experience models.
• Help teams frame problems, identify opportunities, and make decisions in ambiguous spaces.
• Apply systems thinking to connect user needs, business goals, technical constraints, dependencies, and integration points.
• Use human-centered design methods and user insights to focus on real customer needs during framing, solutioning, and iteration.
• Drive tactical delivery and strategic impact in a rapidly changing environment, balancing speed and outcomes.
• Incorporate AI capabilities, tools, and workflows into daily work, knowing what requires collaboration and what can be delegated.
