Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced UX leader to drive tactical and innovative UX initiatives for mobile and web platforms. You will define delightful user experiences, deliver wireframes, prototypes, and assets, and mentor junior staff in an agile environment.

You will collaborate with Research, Regulatory, and UX teams to ensure user-centered design and FDA-relevant guidelines where applicable, while evangelizing the UX language across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s in relevant field.
• 7+ years of UX and product design experience.
• Proficient with industry UX/Dev tools and design systems.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical and innovation UX initiatives across platforms.
• Define safe, effective mobile user experiences and deliver assets and specs.
• Mentor junior staff and lead programs with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory and legal as needed.
• Drive UX process, tooling, and design-language initiatives.
