Job summary

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience and hold a Pipefitter’s license and EPA CFC Technician certification. Responsibilities include maintaining chilled water, steam, and compressed air systems, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with university safety standards.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a journeyman in the trade.
• Current Pipefitter’s license and EPA CFC Technician certification required.
• Experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of utility systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of utility systems and identify problems.
• Ensure work area and tools comply with university standards.
• Provide support during emergencies as required.
