Paycom - ATS is seeking a Locate Technician in Greensboro, NC to accurately identify and mark underground utilities, supporting safe excavation and construction projects.

You will conduct site surveys, interpret maps and blueprints, maintain records, and coordinate with construction teams while following safety protocols and regulatory requirements. A high school diploma is required, with 1–2 years of locating experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is preferred.
• 1–2 years of utility locating or related experience.
• Experience with utility maps and blueprints.
• Experience with electronic locating equipment and GPS technology.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Strong reading of maps, blueprints and technical drawings.
