NV5 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Utility Infrastructure & Technical Delivery. The role leads engineering execution, turnkey procurement, and delivery of complex utility projects across multiple sites, from feasibility to final delivery.

You will interface with investors, municipal and federal clients, drive procurement and vendor accountability, and oversee schedule controls, risk mitigation, and change management across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible engineering project management experience in turnkey/EPC utility or public infrastructure.
• Experience with scopes, schedules, resource loading, and multi-site program deployment.
• Proven ability to manage vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and primary client interfaces.

Responsabilités

• Lead engineering delivery for complex utility infrastructure programs across multiple sites.
• Direct cross-functional design teams (electrical, civil, structural, environmental) to deliver integrated packages.
• Oversee full procurement lifecycles, BOM management, and vendor selection.
• Manage client communications, executive reviews, and stakeholder engagements.
