Job summary

NV5 is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead engineering execution, turnkey procurement lifecycles, and delivery of complex utility infrastructure projects. You will manage multi-site programs from feasibility through design, procurement, logistics, and final delivery, interfacing with investors-owned and municipal utilities.

The role emphasizes coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining schedule controls, and driving vendor procurement with accountability for quality and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible engineering project management, program delivery, or owner's engineering experience overseeing Turnkey/EPC projects in utility/public infrastructure.
• Experience developing project scopes, managing critical path schedules, and resource loading.
• Proven ability to lead multi-site deployments, manage full-lifecycle vendor procurement, and act as primary client interface for large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering delivery for complex utility infrastructure programs and multi-site deployments.
• Direct cross-functional design teams to deliver complete, integrated packages.
• Provide guidance to project teams and coordinators across multiple locations.
• Establish project frameworks for repeatable execution across geographies.
• Direct design quality reviews and ensure engineering deliverables meet standards.
• Oversee full procurement lifecycles for major utility assets and BOM management.
