Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks a Senior Project Manager to deliver distribution substation optimization projects in the US. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk, and drive stakeholder communications.

Utility PM experience with electric distribution or transmission background is preferred; Maximo and Excel are used for planning and analysis. Compensation ranges from $65.00 to $75.00 per hour on a W2 basis, reflecting seniority and project scope in a dynamic

Qualifications

Utility project management experience.
Electric distribution or transmission experience preferred.
Strong Excel skills with advanced data analysis.

Responsibilities

Create, staff, and lead project teams across development, engineering, controls, estimating, construction management, supply chain, and regulatory areas.
Provide daily leadership and coordinate matrixed team members; engage functional leaders on placement and conflict resolution.
Maintain stakeholder communications via status reports, kickoff meetings and updates.
Plan scope, schedule, cost, safety and quality; include procurement strategies, equipment selection, and commissioning plans.
Execute projects within approved constraints, managing scope, deliverables, budgets, risk, quality and closeout.
