Job summary

United Grid Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to provide direction for electrical substation, transmission, and distribution projects. You will own planning, execution, and closeout, coordinating scope, schedule, cost, safety, and quality to deliver safe, cost-effective results.

This role emphasizes managing client relationships, drafting proposals, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. A PE license and PMP are preferred; MS Project/Primavera experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of utility industry experience.
• Proficient in written communications and formal documents.
• Strong presentations to large, diverse groups.
• Knowledge of project accounting and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closeout per PMBOK.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications.
• Negotiate contracts and manage change orders.
• Oversee risk, EH&S, and quality programs on projects.
• Develop estimates, proposals, and project reports.
• Ensure profitability and cash flow through controls.
