Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an accomplished GIS architecture leader to shape modernization programs for large utility environments. You will combine Esri Utility Network expertise with enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technical leadership to guide roadmaps from concept to implementation.

You’ll work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams, translating business needs into architectural strategies while mentoring engineers and driving delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Experience with Esri Utility Network in enterprise utility environments.
• Experience delivering GIS modernization or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Ability to translate requirements into architecture and solution designs.
• Experience guiding developers, engineers, and integration teams through complex implementations.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional experience in GIS/CS/IT/engineering.

Responsibilities

• Shape GIS and enterprise technology modernization roadmaps for utility clients.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership during major implementations and integrations.
• Translate operational needs into practical architecture approaches and use cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and client teams to ensure reliable, maintainable solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technology professionals to promote best practices.
