Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a senior GIS Architecture and Technology Strategy leader to shape modernization programs for large utility environments. You will integrate Esri utilities with enterprise architecture and lead cross-functional delivery while mentoring teams and communicating complex concepts to clients.

In this role you will guide roadmaps, ensure solution alignment with business needs, and drive architecture decisions from discovery through deployment, influencing both strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience translating business requirements into architecture, technical specifications, or solution designs.
• Experience guiding developers, engineers, integration teams, or quality professionals through complex implementations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge of electric or gas utility operations and related enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape GIS and enterprise modernization roadmaps.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership across major implementation and integration efforts across teams.
• Translate business capabilities into practical architecture approaches and use cases.
• Mentor engineers and partner with client stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery.
