Job summary

Beacon Hill Technologies seeks an experienced GIS architecture leader to shape modernization programs for large utility environments. You will integrate Esri Utility Network with enterprise systems, guiding architecture, integration, and delivery across teams to meet business goals.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive architecture decisions from roadmap to implementation, delivering scalable, reliable solutions for critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or comparable professional experience.
• Experience delivering GIS, technology modernization, systems integration, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into architectural designs and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment between stakeholders, requirements, and delivered technology.
• Translate operational needs into architectural views, use cases, and configurations.
• Provide hands-on architectural leadership across major implementations and integrations.
• Guide design, development, testing, and deployment decisions to ensure business outcomes.
• Mentor engineers and delivery teams to promote quality architecture and documentation.
