Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks an experienced GIS Architecture leader to shape modernization programs for large utility environments. You will combine Esri Utility Network expertise with enterprise architecture, systems integration, and technical leadership to turn business needs into practical technology strategies.

You'll work closely with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary delivery teams, guiding architecture decisions, managing risk, and mentoring engineers to deliver scalable GIS

Qualifications

• Experience with Esri Utility Network and how it fits into enterprise utility environments.
• Background delivering GIS, technology modernization, systems integration, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Ability to translate business requirements into architectural specifications and solution designs.
• Working knowledge of electric or gas utility operations and related technology supports assets and field processes.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams through complex implementations.

Responsibilities

• Shape GIS and enterprise technology modernization roadmaps.
• Design solution architectures linking GIS with broader operational systems.
• Translate business capabilities into practical architectural approaches.
