Qualifications

• Demonstrated Esri Utility Network experience within enterprise utility environments.
• Background delivering GIS, technology modernization, systems integration, or enterprise architecture initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into architecture, technical specifications, or solution designs.
• Understanding of electric or gas utility operations and related asset, network, or field-oriented processes.
• Experience guiding developers, engineers, integration teams, or quality professionals through complex implementations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
• Comfort with taking ownership of ambiguous problems and guiding teams to practical decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field, or comparable professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Architectural leadership throughout major implementation and integration efforts.
• Design solution architectures connecting GIS with enterprise systems.
• Translate business capabilities into practical architectural approaches.
• Identify integration, scalability, and compatibility considerations early.
• Mentor engineers and partner with client stakeholders.
