Job summary

MENTOR TECHNICAL GROUP CORP (MTG) is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor III in Carolina, PR. The role oversees facility maintenance, directs a team, and ensures GMP-compliant operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include planning repairs, coordinating projects with multiple departments, managing contracts, and maintaining records. A science/engineering degree is required; MBA/MS/ME preferred; 3–5 years supervisory GMP experience expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering field is required.
• MBA, MS or ME is preferred.
• 3–5 years' supervisory experience in GMP manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes facility maintenance repairs and operations with minimal supervision.
• Directs maintenance and calibration teams; coordinates with other departments to complete projects.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, local laws, and industry regulations.
• Manages contracts and monitors contractor performance to quality and timeliness.
• Maintains records, budgets, and prepares reports.
