K&A Power Group in Rochester, New York, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-discipline teams through EPC phases for utility and energy projects. You will drive schedules, budgets, risk management, and performance metrics to meet scope and client expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in large-scale utility program management, PMP/PgMP certification, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in large-scale utility program management.
• PgMP or PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to influence and lead change.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-discipline teams through Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and risk controls to meet objectives.
• Prepare and implement action plans; monitor productivity, quality, and safety.
• Interface with executives, sponsors, and stakeholders to capture requirements and report progress.
• Track SPI/CPI, variances, and corrective actions; manage audits and improvements.
• Develop onboarding and resource retention plans and drive value for the organization.
