K&A Power Group in Rochester, New York, seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-discipline teams through engineering, procurement, and construction phases of large utility programs. You will drive schedules, budgets, and risk management while aligning with organizational goals.

The role demands strong communication with executives, SMEs, and clients, a track record of delivering on SPI/CPI targets, and a commitment to a hybrid work model with in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in large-scale utility program management.
• PgMP or PMP certification.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Minimum five years’ experience in Gas-Hydro and OSG.

Responsabilités

• Lead multi-discipline teams through EPC phases of programs.
• Manage budget, schedule, quality, and safety to meet objectives.
• Monitor SPI and CPI; analyze variances and implement corrective actions.
• Develop onboarding, training, and resource retention plans.
• Interface with executives, business leaders, and stakeholders to capture requirements.
