Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is seeking a Senior Utilities Planner for the Day Shift at the new Sioux Falls facility. You will lead utilities planning to minimize downtime, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure safe, compliant operations with strong PM programs.

The role requires an associate degree and 2+ years in utilities planning or manufacturing, with SAP CMMS experience preferred. Competitive base salary and a 10% incentive are offered, plus comprehensive health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

Experience in refrigeration or boiler maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

Plan, prioritize, and evaluate maintenance work orders to align with production.
Coordinate maintenance with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other departments.
Review blueprints and schematics to scope maintenance work accurately.
Prepare parts, tools, and materials for timely maintenance execution.
Estimate labor hours and manage cost records in the CMMS.
Develop preventive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.
