Job summary

Biopharma Careers is seeking a Sr. Tech, Engineering to join the site engineering team on a variety of utilities and clean utility systems. The role supports installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting across boilers, chillers, HVAC, WFI, and related equipment.

The candidate will develop SOPs and PM plans, work with SAP and CMMS, and participate in calibration, validation and investigations. Day–night rotating shift with on-call/on-weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Four (4) years of plant maintenance experience with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC or refrigeration systems.
Familiarity with GMP regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on elevated platforms.
Proficiency with CMMS, PLCs, and related maintenance databases.
Shift includes day to night rotation with on-call and weekend overtime.

Responsibilities

Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate utility and clean utility equipment (boilers, chillers, HVAC, WFI, etc.).
Support installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of process systems.
Develop SOPs and preventative maintenance plans as requested.
Assist with calibration, automation, validation, and testing activities.
Support root cause investigations and change control processes.
