Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Clean Utilities Technician at a biopharmaceutical RTP campus to operate, monitor, and maintain PW, WFI, clean steam, clean air, and process gases. You will support GMP documentation and coordinate with operations, quality, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted production.

You will adapt to night shifts when needed, participate in preventive maintenance, and keep accurate electronic records while meeting safety and compliance standards in a state-of-the-art manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting 50 lbs+)

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain clean utility systems (PW, WFI, clean steam, clean air, process gases).
• Document GMP activities using the CMMS.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate with engineering and vendors as needed.
• Support preventive maintenance, calibrations, and system reliability improvements.
• Maintain accurate work orders and electronic records.
• Collaborate with operations, quality, and facilities to ensure uninterrupted production.
