Job summary

City of Chandler’s Public Works & Utilities Department seeks a Utilities Maintenance Planner Senior Specialist to lead maintenance planning and contract administration. The role supports schedules, budgets, and vendor coordination, using EAM/CMMS systems to maximize uptime.

The successful candidate will manage project schedules, coordinate contractor work, process invoices, and prepare detailed maintenance reports. Full-time, onsite, with probationary period and city benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and training.
• 5 years of industrial/mechanical maintenance experience including EAM/CMMS systems.
• CMRP certification within 1 year of hire or promotion.
• LCE Maintenance Management Certification or equivalent within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance management and contract administration for projects.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate material, equipment, and personnel using EAM/CMMS.
• Prepare reports and maintenance schedules and coordinate change orders.
• Coordinate invoices and requests for information with vendors.
