Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior User Researcher to shape what we build and how customers experience it. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities, understand customer needs, and guide decisions that impact product and GTM strategy.

You’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research and work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, using product usage data and prior findings to inform actions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry user research experience.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to influence cross-functional leads and decisions.
• Experience linking customer needs to product and business goals.
• Experience using product usage data with primary research.
• Examples of AI applications in research.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities.
• Become an expert on customers’ needs, goals, and business objectives.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research with appropriate rigor.
• Make product and go-to-market decisions with partners and drive adoption.
• Combine research with product usage data to identify opportunities.
