Job summary

Snowflake is seeking a Senior User Researcher to shape what we build and how customers experience it. You will partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing leads to set priorities, make tough calls, and bring ideas to market, drawing on deep customer insights and business goals.

You will know when to move quickly or dig deeper, applying AI judiciously to deliver better outcomes for Snowflake's customers and helping redefine how work gets done.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry user research experience with measurable outcomes.
• Deep experience in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leads and tradeoffs.
• Experience linking customer needs to product and business goals.
• Experience applying AI in research with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, engineering, and marketing to set priorities.
• Lead qualitative and quantitative research, selecting appropriate methods.
• Drive decisions with insights and tradeoffs alongside partners.
• Combine research with product usage data to identify opportunities for change.
• Identify where AI can strengthen research and apply it judiciously.
• Help translate learnings into better customer outcomes for Snowflake.
