We are seeking a Senior UX Engineer to create intuitive, visually consistent, and user‑centered designs for web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong interaction design skills with practical experience in prototyping, usability testing, and Agile collaboration to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design mobile and responsive web experiences with a focus on usability and visual consistency.
• Develop wireframes, interactive mockups, prototypes, task flows, and site maps for usability testing.
• Present complex design concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design requests and competing priorities in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide constructive design critiques.
• Apply user‑centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile processes and contribute to iterative design improvements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic design, interaction design, and user-centered design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/IA projects, wireframes, and task flows.
• Proficiency with Figma or Sketch.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong presentation and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in graphic design, interaction design, product design, cognitive psychology, or related field.
• Experience in enterprise software and/or healthcare domain.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section 508, W3C WAI).
• Experience with user research, interviews, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing.
• Active involvement in the UX community and knowledge of user interaction analytics.
