Job summary

Trinity Global Consulting (TGC) is seeking a Senior User Engagement Systems Engineer in Springfield, VA to document and report usability feedback on capability development. You will engage users and stakeholders to understand missions and needs, and help establish releases and sprint calendars.

Role requires senior experience in facilitating requirements, TEMs/IPTs, and Agile processes; Master’s degree and SAFe cert are preferred. Comprehensive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/IT/MIS or related STEM field.
• Senior-level experience facilitating requirements definitions with users and stakeholders.
• Senior-level experience conducting TEMs, working groups, and IPTs.
• Senior-level experience in Agile development processes.
• Master’s degree or higher and SAFe certification are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders and users to understand use of the system.
• Support backlog grooming.
• Write User Interface (UI) mockups.
• Coordinate System Demos.
• Conduct Source TEMs.
• Ensure workflows, designs, and documentation align with user workflows.
• Communicate changes to the user community.
