Responsibilities

• Develop sales consultants and drive used car department performance.
• Purchase vehicles for inventory and manage wholesale/vendor relationships.
• Lead training and support for sales staff to close deals and hit quotas.
• Manage inventory, forecasting, and budget for the department.
