Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington is seeking an Automotive Finance Manager who will oversee the financial transaction process for vehicle purchases. You will work with lenders, prepare paperwork, and guide the team through financing options and warranty choices.

The role requires automotive sales consulting experience (1-3 years) and a business/finance background. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, MBA is a plus, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Prior automotive sales consultant experience required; 1-3 yrs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field preferred.
• MBA a plus.
• Track record of impeccable customer service ratings.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with the sales team and customers to assist in the financial buying process of the car buying experience.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a base of referrals.
• Consult and sell finance & insurance warranties to customers.
• Produce and submit accurate paperwork for title work and to secure funding from finance sources in a timely manner.
• Achieve monthly objectives.
• Adhere to all regulations and advise the sales team on changing state laws for purchasing a vehicle.
• Manage cash handling and coordinate with lenders and accounting.
