Job summary

Repsol is seeking a Completions Manager for its US Land Operations within the Wells Business Unit, based in The Woodlands, TX. The role oversees safe, efficient completion campaigns across unconventional assets, with frequent field travel and potential travel to Eagle Ford, Marcellus, and related basins.

The position requires deep expertise in hydraulic fracturing, well completions, workovers, and abandonment, plus strong leadership of large teams and contractor networks.

Qualifications

U.S. work authorization without restrictions or sponsorship.
15+ years of experience in completion engineering for unconventional assets.
5+ years in management positions.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of completions, workover, and abandonment programs.
Develop annual and multi-year completion strategies aligned with asset development plans.
Oversee hydraulic fracturing, wireline, drillout, flowback and well intervention activities.
Monitor operational performance and implement cost-conscious improvements.
Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence.
