Coloplast Interventional Urology in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Downstream - Men''s Health to own the product lifecycle and drive NA marketing strategy. You will collaborate with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, Engineering, and KOLs to maximize campaigns and ensure customer-driven decisions.

The role requires 7+ years in medical device marketing, a strong marketing background, and excellent presentation skills; travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required with business or marketing emphasis. MBA preferred.
• 7+ years relevant experience related to medical device/ product field.
• Strong marketing background.
• Excellent presentation skills and professional image essential, with strong verbal and written skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilités

• Manage marketing and business aspects of defined products including forecasting, budgeting, marketing plans, sales and customer training, product improvements, marketing literature, medical conventions/shows, and ongoing promotion campaigns.
• Act as a subject-matter expert for disease condition, therapy, market dynamics, product line, and programs.
• Develop marketing plans and activities for responsible product lines and programs.
• Provide planning and project management support for product and program launches.
• Create and implement marketing tools and programs and collaborate with other business units to refine collaterals and documentation.
• Deliver technical presentations to sales force, surgeons, and internal management.
• Translate scientific clinical data and economic data into commercial implications.
• Conduct market analysis, provide marketing insight and recommendations to management on direction to potential new product areas.
• Support the document control process for downstream marketing materials.
• Support surgeon workshops, forums, and training events for therapy areas.
