Job summary

Rhode Island Energy is seeking an experienced program leader to manage delivery and performance of Commercial & Industrial Upstream energy efficiency initiatives in Rhode Island. The role focuses on coordinating services, tracking energy savings, budgets, and KPIs while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related area and a minimum of 7 years of related experience (energy efficiency program management preferred).
• Certified Energy Management (CEM) preferred.
• An understanding of commercial lighting and other commercial efficiency products.

Responsibilities

• Provide business support for Commercial Sales and Channel Sales teams as it relates to Upstream Initiatives.
• Monitor progress toward regulatory goals and sales goals for energy savings, budget spending, and participation; track internal KPI targets.
• Lead budgets and target setting for Upstream initiatives and coordinate related activities.
• Act as primary point of contact with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams for Upstream energy efficiency initiatives.
• Coordinate services delivery and ensure alignment with RI Energy's Upstream programs and goals.
• Represent RI Energy's Upstream initiatives to business, utilities, and regulatory stakeholders.
• Deliver high-quality work with adherence to deadlines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Strategy, Marketing, and Procurement to optimize program delivery.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of energy efficiency measures and performance trends.
